RBC Capital Markets seeks an Associate for its market-leading Canadian Debt Capital Markets group. You will support public and private debt transactions, client advisory, and execution. The work involves investment banking, corporate banking, Global Markets, and international DCM partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with structuring and executing corporate debt financings
- Support client advisory and broad client coverage
- Prepare presentations and transaction documentation
- Develop analytical skills through direct transaction experience

Requirements:

- University degree in business, economics, STEM, or related discipline
- Three to four years of DCM or related experience
- Robust quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills
