We are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives. This is a field-based sales opportunity suited to individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building customer relationships, and developing their sales skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide product education, sales training, and ongoing guidance to help you learn how to approach prospective customers, understand their needs, present our products and services, and develop effective sales techniques.

This is a commission-only position, with earnings directly tied to individual sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with prospective customers in assigned territories to introduce and explain our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Represent the company professionally and follow established sales processes.
- Work toward individual sales targets and track sales activities.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing sales development activities.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with customers in person.
- Willingness to travel within assigned sales territories.

- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is an asset but not required.

Compensation and Training

- Compensation: Commission-only, with earnings based on individual sales performance.
- Guaranteed training pay structure for the first four weeks
- Potential Earnings: Average weekly earnings may be approximately $1,500, depending on individual sales results. This figure is not guaranteed, and actual earnings will vary.
- Training: Product education, sales training, and ongoing mentoring.
