Own complex chemistry manufacturing schedules in Charlottetown, coordinating capacity, materials, equipment, and timelines for customer commitments.

As Master Scheduler, you will manage BIOVECTRA’s Complex Chemistry Master Schedule within Agilent’s Advanced Manufacturing Partnerships Division. The role supports ATD Canada revenue targets and client delivery milestones through plant scheduling tools, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination. You will maintain scheduling visibility across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and manage Complex Chemistry facility Master Schedules
- Synchronize labor, materials, equipment, and production timelines
- Coordinate inventory staging with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse




- Identify capacity constraints and mitigate disruption risks
- Publish schedules daily and report monthly operational KPIs

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Four years of relevant experience in pharma manufacturing
- Knowledge of ICH Q7A and cGMP guidelines
- Proficiency with Syspro, MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid analytical, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
