You will shape hard bid, cost-plus, and design-build strategies using Onscreen Take Off, project data, and construction knowledge. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead subcontractor and supplier solicitation for complex bids
- Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and quotations
- Complete quantity take-offs, site visits, and pricing

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of progressive ICI estimating experience
