Coordinate major transit infrastructure projects in Niagara/Hamilton with Kenaidan Murphy Joint Venture, using scheduling, documentation, and field coordination skills.

As a Project Coordinator, you will support planning, execution, and delivery while working with project management, field operations, consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives. The position combines office and field environments across transportation infrastructure activities. Your work will cover project controls, procurement, contract administration, reporting, site coordination, and turnover support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and document control
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, minutes, change orders, and reports
- Monitor schedules, deliverables, risks, and project issues
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers,



TTC representatives, and teams
- Support site visits, inspections, safety, quality, and turnover activities

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in construction, civil engineering, or related field
- Three or more years coordinating construction projects or field supervision
- Understanding of construction methods, project controls, and site operations
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms
