Support EWEL customers by phone, email, and occasionally in person while applying electrical sales expertise in Edmonton, Alberta.

Reporting to the Process and Control Manager, this full-time Inside Sales Expert supports customers and EWEL’s sales team. The work includes product research, quotations, sales orders, customer advice, and service coordination. You will use ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and electrical industry knowledge while maintaining professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with orders, product information, and quotations
- Address phone calls and emails through a team approach
- Process sales and maintain quotation throughput
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly




- Pick and pack materials for customer transportation when applicable

Requirements:

- Minimum two years’ electrical sales or industry experience
- Solid English communication skills in person, verbally, and written
- Working knowledge of computerized inventory control systems
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High school diploma and ability to lift 40–50 pounds
