Parliamentary Precinct Operations seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Event and Fine Dining Operations Manager. The position coordinates hospitality services, supervises staff, manages client relationships, and works with culinary teams and operational partners. The recruitment process is restricted to Parliamentary Precinct Operations employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily catering and Fine Dining operations
- Direct and support Supervisors and Logistics and Liaison Officers
- Coordinate event logistics with clients and operational partners




- Resolve service-related issues and maintain guest experience
- Review results and implement service improvements

Requirements:

- Diploma in hospitality, event management, business, or related field
- Food Safety Certification and alcohol service certification
- Experience coordinating hospitality, catering, banquet, or event operations
- Experience supervising staff, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
- Bilingual English and French; linguistic profile BBC
