As Product Development Lead, you guide a specialized team creating technical apparel and equipment. You will support product lifecycle execution, fit, construction, quality, sourcing, and production requirements. The work connects Designers, Pattern Makers, Cut & Sew, Product Operations, and vendors to commercialize innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coach specialized Product Developers day to day
- Train teams on design, fit, quality, samples, and specifications
- Manage workloads and timelines against product creation calendars




- Coordinate cross-functional communication for fit and construction consistency
- Maintain prototypes, BOM documentation, and standard specifications

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years in product development
- Two-plus years at a senior level
- Understanding of lifecycle, design intent, construction, production, and fit
- Knowledge of raw materials, technical construction, and sourcing
- Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Office computer skills
