Lead environmental services at Thorton View Long Term Care through housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and health and safety oversight. This full-time position serves Ontario residents.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Environmental Services Manager maintains a clean, safe living environment for Southbridge Building residents. The position coordinates equipment repairs, audits departmental standards, and supports regulatory compliance. It also manages staff, contractors, budgets, documentation, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a secure and secure home environment
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Supervise contractors and verify contractual obligations
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory, supplies,



and equipment
- Maintain records, reports, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

- Post-secondary studies, Environmental Services certificate, or relevant experience
- At least two years’ managerial or supervisory experience
- Experience in a long-term care setting
- Health and Safety certification or completion after hiring
- Availability for rotational weekends and emergency on-call coverage
