Lead online technical training at George Brown Polytechnic in Toronto, using program management and asynchronous learning expertise in a hybrid mode.

Reporting to the Dean, you will manage continuing education programs, courses, support staff, and students. The position combines curriculum development, marketing, enrolment management, budget planning, and partner coordination. You will promote online technical training and contribute to the Centre’s strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead program development, design, and delivery
- Review courses and curricula for quality and relevance
- Recruit, develop, motivate, and evaluate support staff
- Manage U.S. college partner course delivery
- Track participation and report revenue and enrolment

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a related field
- Marketing and program management background
- Understanding of adult education principles and practices
- Five years’ curriculum, budget, and enrolment experience
- Asynchronous online training and simulation software knowledge
