Civeo Installations Services seeks a result-driven Maintenance Supervisor for lodge facilities and associated infrastructure. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will supervise maintenance, projects, and repairs across Alberta Oilsands locations. The position requires leadership, safety compliance, preventive maintenance planning, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise lodge maintenance, repairs, and infrastructure projects
- Coordinate trades personnel, operators, laborers, and subcontractors
- Manage site inventory through a CMMS system
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and inspection procedures




- Monitor costs, workflow, labor levels, and project deadlines

Requirements:

- Certified journeyman or significant building maintenance experience
- Minimum five years of directly related supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, JDE, or scheduling software
- Solid leadership, organization, and customer service skills
