This Real Estate Accountant role handles full-cycle accounting for multiple assets. You will maintain ledgers, prepare financial reports, coordinate budgets, and support forecasting. The position also covers tenant final billings, lease interpretation, acquisitions, dispositions, and audit files.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of assets
- Maintain ledgers, journal entries, accruals, and expenditures
- Prepare variance, cash flow, and balance sheet reports
- Coordinate annual budgets and full-year estimates
- Prepare CAM, tax, and audit documentation

Requirements:

- Two-plus years of full-cycle real estate accounting experience
- Experience with recoveries, audits, budgets, forecasting, and leases
- Accounting degree or diploma required
- Yardi 7S experience preferred
- Solid Excel, communication, and organizational skills
