- Data Extensions and subscriber management
- AMPscript
- SQL
- RESTSOAP API and integration understanding
- Campaign management and marketing automation
- Audience segmentation and personalization
- Email testing and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of functional requirements and ability to translate them into technical solutions
- Good stakeholder communication and client facing skills
