Lead Finance transformation workstreams at BDO using advisory expertise, executive communication, and a blended office, client-site, and virtual model. Work directly with CFOs and Finance leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

As Team Lead in BDO’s Finance Effectiveness & Transformation practice, you will guide complex advisory engagements and help scale the growing practice. You will structure analyses, facilitate workshops, develop recommendations, and direct junior team members. Your work will span operating models, performance management, controllership, process design, and technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own workstreams from mobilization through recommendation or implementation
- Lead interviews, workshops, presentations, and client status discussions
- Set priorities, review outputs, coach consultants, and provide feedback




- Manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop roadmaps, business cases, process designs, and decision materials

Requirements:

- Six to ten years of relevant Finance transformation experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience leading client-facing workstreams and coordinating contributors
- Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel within Canada and occasionally internationally
