Two Queens Home Services is hiring an experienced Residential Design-Build Sales Representative in Ottawa to manage qualified homeowner opportunities from the first consultation through signed contract and production handoff.
You will meet homeowners at their properties, understand their goals, budget and timeline, present complete design-build solutions and prepare professional proposals for landscaping, interlock, natural stone, retaining walls, pools, outdoor kitchens, outdoor living spaces and interior renovations.
This is a consultative sales position focused on building relationships, closing profitable residential projects and delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities##

What you'll do
01### Qualify residential leadsIdentify the homeowner’s project goals, budget, priorities, timeline and decision-making process before moving the chance forward.02### Conduct client consultations and site visitsMeet homeowners throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas to discuss landscaping, hardscape, pool, outdoor living and renovation projects.03### Present design-build solutionsRecommend complete residential solutions including interlock, natural stone, retaining walls,



pools, outdoor kitchens, decks, landscaping and interior renovations.04### Prepare professional proposalsCreate accurate, clear and compelling project proposals using SynkedUp while protecting approved pricing and project scope.05### Close high-value residential projectsBuild trust, handle objections, negotiate professionally and close profitable residential projects, including opportunities valued atClose high value residential projects06### Protect project marginsMaintain approved pricing, scope and minimum gross-margin requirements throughout the sales process.07### Set accurate client expectationsClearly communicate project scope, pricing, timelines, responsibilities and next steps before contract signing.08### Complete production handoffsDocument project details and provide the Foreman and production team with a complete and reliable handoff after the contract is signed.09### Develop qualified sales opportunitiesBuild relationships with homeowners, designers, Realtors, builders and industry partners to generate additional qualified opportunities.

* ✓Proven sales experience in residential construction, renovation, landscaping, hardscape, home improvement or another high-ticket service
* ✓Strong consultative selling, negotiation and objection handling skills




* ✓Experience building relationships with homeowners and closing residential projects
* ✓Ability to confidently discuss project budgets, scope, timelines and next steps
* ✓Excellent follow-up, communication and organization skills
* ✓Comfortable conducting client consultations and site visits throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas
* ✓Ability to learn and present landscaping, hardscape, pool, outdoor living and renovation solutions
* ✓Ability to protect approved pricing, project scope and gross-margin requirements
* ✓Valid Ontario driver’s licence and clean driving record
* ✓Professional presentation and strong customer-service skills### Nice to have
* +Experience selling residential projects valued at $80,000+
* +Experience with landscaping, interlock, natural stone, retaining walls, pools, outdoor kitchens, decks or interior renovations
* +Previous design-build or construction sales experience
* +Experience preparing proposals or estimates
* +CRM or sales-pipeline management experience
* +Experience using SynkedUp, LeanScaper AI or similar sales software
* +Existing relationships with homeowners, designers, Realtors, builders or industry partners
