As Organic Growth Manager, you lead search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking explanations. This full-time remote role serves clients across the USA, Canada, Latin America, and South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical SEO across crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and architecture
- Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report through GA4 and Search Console; create quarterly roadmaps
Requirements:
- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing fixes personally
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
