Lead corporate asset management for the Town of Caledon, using lifecycle data, EAM technology, and municipal infrastructure expertise across departments.

As Supervisor, Corporate Asset Management, you will lead the Town-wide program and Council-approved plans. The work supports Ontario Regulation 588/17 compliance, asset lifecycle decisions, and evidence-based capital planning. You will coordinate staff, financial information, and standardized practices across infrastructure, facilities, fleet, parks, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Asset Management Working Group across Town departments
- Develop and manage asset management strategies, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate the complete, accurate, current asset registry
- Support finance and operations with capital business cases




- Develop financial strategies for approved asset investment needs

Requirements:

- Post-secondary Engineering degree or closely related technologist diploma
- Minimum five years municipal asset or infrastructure management experience
- Minimum three years supervisory experience
- Advanced EAM, CMMS, and GIS application knowledge
- Physical Asset Management certification and Ontario legislation experience
