Lead client-facing XR delivery at PhotonFiction using strong planning, communication, and cross-functional project management skills.

As an experienced Project Manager, you will own assigned XR projects from kickoff through release. You will coordinate Product, Design, Development, and QA while managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality. The work includes concurrent projects, client communication, delivery planning, and project financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage XR projects from discovery through client handover
- Define scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate developers, designers, 3D artists, and QA
- Lead client reviews, testing, feedback, and sign-off
- Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and delivery changes

Requirements:

- Five to eight years managing software or digital delivery projects
- Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects
- Solid planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
