The Restoration Manager oversees restoration throughout telMAX’s fibre-to-the-home construction program. This position manages vendors, tracks deficiencies, establishes priorities, and coordinates with Construction, Engineering, Municipal Relations, and Quality teams. Success requires organized execution across a large geographic footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own restoration processes across all FTTH construction areas
- Prioritize vendors, deficiencies, deadlines, and corrective actions
- Conduct field inspections and verify completed restoration
- Maintain dashboards covering assignments, aging, rework, and acceptance
- Report restoration risks,



progress, costs, and vendor performance

Requirements:

- Five or more years in construction, restoration, utilities, or telecommunications
- Experience managing construction or restoration vendors
- Municipal, inspector, or right-of-way experience strongly preferred
- Solid project management, reporting, communication, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and regular construction-site travel availability
