Scotiabank seeks a Delivery Manager supporting its Enterprise Delivery Office Wealth Management portfolio. You will coordinate technology and business initiatives involving advisor enablement, client experience, regulatory change, operational efficiency, or platform modernization. The role develops integrated planning, risk management, governance, and delivery leadership with senior guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution for assigned Wealth Management projects
- Maintain plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependency tracking
- Manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, actuals, and vendor tracking
- Prepare governance, leadership, audit,



and executive reporting materials
- Support integrated planning, risk escalation, and change impact assessments

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related discipline
- Five to seven years’ delivery or project coordination experience
- Specific experience supporting Wealth Management initiatives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
