Hydrocarbon Master Data analysts in Calgary coordinate SAP data, requirements, and governance for a one-year contract supporting Downstream operations.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Product, this analyst qualifies business requirements across the Downstream organization. The work covers master data lifecycle management, issue resolution, process documentation, and data analysis. Collaboration with Data Stewards and technical teams supports accurate, timely data maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Hydrocarbon Master Data creation, changes, maintenance, integration, and retirement
- Investigate operational issues and present root-cause solutions
- Enforce enterprise data standards, processes, guidelines, and procedures
- Advise business units on requirements, workflows,



and best practices
- Document processes and support enterprise projects

Requirements:

- Three to five years of business analysis experience in energy or related industry
- SAP Master Data configuration and reference-table knowledge
- ServiceNow or similar ticketing application experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and solid analytical problem-solving skills
- Related bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma and industry experience
