This specialist reports to the Manager, Sourcing, supporting development projects with raw materials and finished goods. The work combines supplier evaluation, contract management, cost optimization, and quality oversight. It also supports launches, continuous improvement, and supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate sourcing activities for R&D; and development projects
- Evaluate, select, and negotiate with existing and new suppliers
- Optimize total cost of ownership for sourced materials
- Resolve supplier quality issues with cross-functional teams




- Support launches, contracts, CAPAs, returns, and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
- More than 10 years in pharmaceutical or food industry roles
- Experience in research, development, or engineering environments
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency and international sourcing background
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
