As Principal, Mergers and Acquisitions, you will lead WES acquisition activity while advising executive leadership. The role covers chance evaluation, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors, then support post-close integration and synergy tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and corporate development opportunities
- Lead financial modeling, valuation, scenarios, and transaction analysis
- Coordinate comprehensive cross-functional and external due diligence




- Develop transaction structures and lead negotiations
- Manage transaction workplans, approvals, signing, and closing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Significant progressively senior mergers and acquisitions experience
- Experience executing transactions across multiple lifecycle stages
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
