Lead demand planning and supply response at Piramal Pharma Solutions, coordinating capacity planning within a 24-month S&OP; horizon at the site.

This Leader serves as subject matter expert for network optimization, resource planning, and production strategy. The position supports demand plans, finite schedules, consumption models, long-term capacity planning, and current business integration. It also supports finance reporting and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate planning discussions and build consensus among stakeholders
- Drive SAP capabilities for supply chain automation and reporting
- Produce S&OP; reports on capacity and resource constraints
- Manage raw materials forecasting, scheduling, and obsolescence
- Maintain production plans supporting material, asset, and manpower requirements

Requirements:

- Expertise in demand planning and supply response
- Experience with capacity and resource planning processes
- Ability to synthesize data for executive reviews
- Capability to maintain planning master data integrity
