Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare labour, material, overhead, and general expense estimates
- Read drawings and specifications to determine work requirements




- Create two-dimensional drawings and three-dimensional CAD models
- Prepare estimate reports, quote sheets, bid forms, and schedules
- Analyze tenders and recommend awards

Requirements:

- Three to less than five years of experience
- Other trades certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and estimating software packages
