Lead manufacturing quality at Napoleon in Barrie through hands-on supervision, root cause analysis, and corrective action coordination. Support assigned shifts and plant-floor operations.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor leads daily activities within an assigned area and reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will direct technicians and specialists while supporting inspections, audits, containment, nonconformance control, and corrective actions. The role works with Operations, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to protect product integrity, maintain compliance, and improve performance through quality data. It requires practical engagement across manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, and plant-floor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set priorities, distribute workloads, and coordinate quality coverage




- Coach Quality Assurance Technicians and Specialists
- Oversee inspections, testing, audits, and critical quality checks
- Lead containment, MRB, rework, and corrective actions
- Review trends, risks, and established quality KPIs

Requirements:

- Five to seven years of manufacturing quality experience
- Two to three years of leadership experience
- Technical diploma or degree preferred
- Experience interpreting drawings, specifications, and measurement results
- Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency and ERP workflow knowledge
