This 12-month assignment supports Commercial and Corporate Banking initiatives within a regulated setting. You will partner with stakeholders, project teams, risk, compliance, and governance partners. The work covers machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, and GenAI.

Key Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions documenting processes, workflows, pain points, and user journeys

Gather requirements and translate target states into prioritized capabilities

Create process maps, user stories, and functional documentation

Support backlog prioritization, testing scenarios, and User Acceptance Testing

Coordinate stakeholder communications,

Requirements

10+ years of business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and facilitation experience

Experience with Agile delivery, process mapping, workflows, and user stories

Understanding of enterprise AI, risks, governance, and regulated environments

Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and critical-thinking skills

Apply senior business analysis expertise to responsible AI delivery, requirements, governance, testing, and adoption across Commercial and Corporate Banking.
