Lead Health, Safety and Setting across Fleet’s Americas operations from Toronto, with time in Richmond Hill and regular regional travel.

As HSE Lead, Americas, you will implement and improve Fleet’s HSE approach across North American field deployments, facilities, and operational activities. You will work with operational leaders, field teams, contractors, clients, and global HSE. Your focus includes operational risk, OSHA compliance, incident management, and capability building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and manage risks across field deployments, facilities, and warehouses
- Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and safety observations
- Implement Fleet’s global HSE Management System across the Americas
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action management




- Coach teams through inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training

Requirements:

- Five or more years’ operational HSE experience
- Strong knowledge of United States occupational safety requirements, including OSHA
- Experience supporting field-based or geographically dispersed operations
- Capability in risk assessment and incident investigation
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
