RBC Capital Markets seeks an Associate for its market-leading Canadian Debt Capital Markets group. You will support structuring, execution, and client coverage across investment grade and high-yield debt instruments. The work connects investment banking, corporate banking, sales and trading, derivatives, and global DCM partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with corporate debt financing structure and execution
- Support client advisory and broad coverage efforts
- Prepare client presentations and transaction documentation




- Develop analytical skills through direct transaction experience
- Support training and development of junior analysts

Requirements:

- University degree in business, economics, STEM, or related discipline
- Three to four years of DCM or related experience
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills
- Knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and credit metrics
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
