You will lead projects from planning through occupancy, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, healthcare planners, and regulatory stakeholders. The work supports long-term care communities across Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead major long-term care capital projects through occupancy
- Manage schedules, budgets, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and regulatory stakeholders
- Monitor construction, commissioning, closeout, and warranty activities
- Ensure healthcare, quality, safety,



and infection prevention compliance

Requirements:

- Six-plus years leading capital projects valued at $15 million or greater
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and construction teams
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, risk management, and construction administration
- Knowledge of Nova Scotia healthcare infrastructure and regulations
- PMP, P.Eng., CET, PQS, Architect, or related credential considered an asset
