The AVP Technology Lead – Digital oversees shared platforms supporting secure Client and advisor experiences. This senior leader guides web, mobile, identity, and design system capabilities. The mandate includes strategic direction, delivery execution, operational accountability, people leadership, vendor management, and financial oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape digital technology strategy, roadmaps, OKRs, and investment priorities
- Oversee delivery across teams, vendors, and system integrators
- Modernize reusable, scalable, secure digital platforms
- Lead technology leaders and develop internal capabilities




- Manage budgets, risks, security, and operational resilience

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in senior technology leadership roles
- Experience delivering complex, mission-critical digital platforms
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and total cost ownership
- French and English required in Quebec, orally and written
