This full-time position supports Recruitment Consultants across sourcing, screening, market intelligence, and the recruitment lifecycle. You will research talent pools, start conversations with active and passive candidates, and move qualified people through searches. Executrade offers exposure to wide-ranging industries and roles while building a foundation in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and Boolean search
- Engage candidates and assess interest, availability, and fit
- Build pipelines for current and upcoming searches




- Review resumes and prepare candidate summaries for clients
- Research markets, competitors, talent pools, and hiring trends

Requirements:

- One to two years’ related experience is an asset
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
- Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and online research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, organization, detail, and deadline management skills
