Modern Niagara Building Services seeks a Project Manager to guide projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and Operations Teams while managing facility upgrades, equipment installations, HVAC, and building systems. The work focuses on safe, high-quality delivery, financial targets, and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead facility upgrades, equipment installations, HVAC, and building system improvements
- Develop budgets, schedules, labour plans, and procurement requirements
- Coordinate foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage change orders, billing, collections,



and financial forecasts
- Maintain safety standards and coordinate equipment commissioning

Requirements:

- Two to three years of related facility systems experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and documents
- Microsoft Office and computerized scheduling tools proficiency
- Strong communication, organization, conflict resolution, and project management skills
