As Piercing Lead, you oversee the customer journey from greeting through transaction and aftercare education. You support styling with gold and titanium jewelry, explain procedures and risks, and identify medical concerns before services. You also help improve studio flow, bookings, sales-floor standards, and local clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee piercing services, transactions, styling, and aftercare education
- Explain procedures, risks, symptoms, and tailored downsizing information
- Maintain cleanliness, sharps handling, biohazard waste, and studio standards




- Communicate piercing insights to Store Manager and Store Services
- Train staff on Mejuri's Steps of Selling expectations

Requirements:

- Knowledge of initial piercings and allowable jewelry alloys
- Calm, professional demeanour during piercing services
- Ability to identify medical concerns before piercing procedures
- Understanding of health, safety, and legal compliance standards
- Interest in mentoring and sharing piercing knowledge
