NSB Omega seeks an Integrated Operations Center Operator for a major oil and gas client. This contract assignment supports remote monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of wells, facilities, and production infrastructure. The operator coordinates with field operations and engineering teams from the IOC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform continuous remote surveillance using SCADA and monitoring systems
- Evaluate alarms, trends, equipment status, and production performance
- Adjust operating set points within approved limits and procedures
- Coordinate investigations, follow-up activities, and operational improvements




- Communicate risks, impacts, and outstanding issues during shift handovers

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of oil and gas experience
- Experience optimizing plunger lift and rod pump systems
- Strong knowledge of Cygnet, XSPOC, and related platforms
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and high school diploma
- Strong analysis, communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities
