Your future role

As Logistics and Transportation Coordinator, you will serve as the internal point of contact for planning, executing, and optimizing all import and export cargo flows. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on the following areas:

Export, Import, and Customs Compliance Management:

- Coordinate all domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare, verify,



and issue all required documents (commercial invoices, certificates of origin, packing lists, etc.), ensuring strict compliance with the regulations of the destination countries.
- Keep tariff classifications (SH/HS codes) up to date, conduct regulatory research, and collaborate with customs brokers to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Participate in compliance audits and serve as an internal consultant.

International Transportation and Partner Management:

- Select, negotiate with, and coordinate carriers (road, sea, air, rail) while optimizing costs, routes, transit times, and service quality.
- Monitor shipments in real time, manage unexpected logistical issues, and handle claims or disputes.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and brokers by continuously evaluating their performance.

Supply Chain Support and Continuous Improvement:

- Contribute to the planning of specialized or large-scale shipments and assess logistical risks in order to propose mitigation measures.
- Track key metrics (on-time delivery, compliance rates, cost reduction) and implement process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree or DEC in logistics, international business, operations management, or a related field. Certification in international business or supply chain management (a plus).

Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in international logistics or transportation management, ideally gained in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Hands‑on experience coordinating multi‑destination exports.
