Advanced financial modelling and plant partnership define this hybrid Senior Financial Analyst role with DCM in Brampton, Ontario. Work onsite at least three days weekly.

As the Brampton facility’s primary finance business partner, you will provide financial insight, analysis, and decision support to plant leadership. The role covers forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting, operational performance management, and continuous improvement. You will translate manufacturing data into clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Prepare monthly income statement, margin, working capital, and capital reporting
- Analyze variances, drivers, risks, and opportunities against financial plans
- Develop models, scenarios, commentary,



and decision-support recommendations
- Monitor labour, materials, overhead, productivity, waste, and operating efficiency

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
- CPA designation or active pursuit preferred
- Five-plus years’ progressive finance, accounting, or partnering experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Solid accounting, controls, reporting, analytical, and communication skills
