Lead intensive community mental health services with CMHA WW in Guelph or Cambridge, using clinical supervision and operational oversight. Travel within the catchment area is required.

The Manager, Adult Intensive Services reports to the Director, Adult Services and leads adaptable, multidisciplinary programs. You will oversee staff, budgets, performance monitoring, stakeholder relationships, and quality improvement. Services support adults with complex and fluctuating mental health or addiction needs through recovery-oriented, community-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily Adult Intensive Services operations and service quality
- Supervise Team Leads, Clinical Leads, and frontline staff
- Monitor budgets, expenditures, forecasts, and financial performance
- Maintain required statistics,



outcomes, reports, and funding compliance
- Build partnerships with hospitals, crisis services, housing, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Registration with a relevant regulatory body
- Five years’ adult mental health or addiction services experience
- Three years’ team supervision experience
- Valid G Class license, vehicle, and appropriate insurance
