University of Windsor invites applications for the role of Associate Vice-President, Labour and Employee Relations (AVPLER). This senior executive will lead labour and employee relations, including collective bargaining, grievance processes and dispute resolution, reporting to the Vice-President, Human Resources and Chief Legal Counsel.

The AVPLER will guide strategic labour relations across the university, navigate faculty associations and staff bargaining units, and advise senior leaders on
