Fix Network seeks a Senior Accountant skilled in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting. Support an international organization with accurate, insightful finance work.

This Senior Accountant manages accounting activities while partnering with internal stakeholders. The work includes reconciliations, financial statements, billing, payroll, cash flow, and analysis. You will also improve Finance processes, reporting tools, policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end accounting activities
- Prepare financial statements, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses
- Analyze cash flow, budgets, variances, trends, opportunities, and risks
- Complete billing, payroll, sales tax, payables,



and receivables activities
- Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Three to five years of progressive accounting experience
- Robust knowledge of the full accounting cycle
- Financial statement preparation and financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
