Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Toronto, the Manager, Development supports fundraising for Good Shepherd’s Toronto programs and services. You will cultivate donors, coordinate campaigns, prepare materials, and maintain accurate records. The work includes individual giving, annual and capital campaigns, sponsorships, gifts-in-kind, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement fundraising initiatives supporting Toronto programs and services
- Build relationships with donors, foundations, and community partners
- Coordinate cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations,



correspondence, and fundraising materials
- Track campaign progress, engagement, donations, and revenue results

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ fundraising or related experience
- Diploma or degree, or equivalent education and experience
- Knowledge of campaigns, sponsorships, stewardship, and gifts-in-kind
- Experience using donor databases or fundraising systems
- Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and relationship skills
