Lead complex farecard technology projects for the TTC in a flexible, hybrid work model, using project management and change management expertise.

As Senior Project Manager, you will manage TTC Farecard PRESTO Program projects from inception through completion. You will develop plans, control budgets, manage vendors, and coordinate stakeholders while supporting timely, cost-conscious delivery. The role requires strong leadership across matrix organizations and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop project charters, objectives, scopes, risks, and advantages
- Create lifecycle plans, schedules, work breakdowns, and resource plans
- Monitor milestones, requirements, quality, progress, and corrective actions
- Manage changes, communications, meetings, and stakeholder reporting




- Participate in vendor negotiations and contract management activities

Requirements:

- University degree or equivalent education, training, and experience
- Significant experience delivering complex technology projects
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, resources, and transitions
- Experience working within matrix organizations and leading project teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
