Drive quality engineering at Miratech as a Senior QA Automation Engineer focused on JUnit, Playwright, Cypress, and cloud-native microservices.

This senior role owns automation across the full test pyramid for a Workforce Management and Customer Experience platform. You will build component, integration, contract, API, end-to-end, regression, performance, and load testing. The work supports forecasting, schedule generation, and optimization while influencing engineering practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and maintain Playwright, Cypress, and JUnit automation frameworks
- Build tests across unit, component, integration, contract, API, and end-to-end levels
- Validate microservice behavior, data flows, and API contracts




- Run performance tests for peak contact-center volumes
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and quality gates

Requirements:

- Six or more years of QA Automation experience
- Java microservices component and integration testing experience
- Experience with Pact, Spring Cloud Contract, or comparable tools
- REST API, distributed systems, performance, and load testing experience
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
