Key Responsibilities: Oversee technical delivery from rollout through production scaling

Translate security, accessibility, and compliance mandates into execution strategies

Coordinate communication among engineering teams, clients, and executives

Manage schedules, governance milestones, and delivery risks

Ensure government-grade security, privacy, and performance standards

Requirements: At least six years managing customer-facing technical programs

Experience in AI/ML consulting or complex software delivery

Familiarity with LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, and fine-tuning

Understanding of public sector procurement and data sovereignty

Eligibility for Canadian government security clearance
