Key Responsibilities

- Set customer data architecture and analytics engineering strategy
- Build governed semantic layers for BI and AI agents
- Champion dbt, SQL, testing, CI/CD, and documentation




- Lead complex implementations and critical data transformations
- Direct and develop analytics engineers and data specialists Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years in analytics or data engineering
- Expert SQL and dbt experience
- Production warehouse expertise with BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Experience leading technical data teams hands-on Shape Questrade’s trusted customer data ecosystem through architecture, semantic modeling, engineering rigor, and team leadership.
