We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Specialist to join a growing engineering team supporting industrial automation and advanced manufacturing projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead automation initiatives, troubleshoot complex control systems, and drive equipment performance and reliability improvements.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Develop, program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.

Lead automation projects from concept through installation and commissioning.

Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, controls, and automation issues.

Support equipment upgrades, process improvements, and system integration.

Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams.





Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Develop and maintain automation documentation, programming standards, and electrical schematics.

Mandatory Requirements

7+ years of industrial automation or controls engineering experience.

Strong PLC programming experience with Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms.

Experience with HMI, SCADA, VFDs, and industrial communication networks.

Proven ability to independently troubleshoot and commission automated equipment.

Robust understanding of electrical control systems and industrial automation principles.

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
