Lead complex M&A; and capital markets analysis as an Investment Banking Associate supporting corporate and financial institution clients. Domestic and international travel is required. As an Associate in Investment Banking Diversified Industries, you will work across mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, loans, and equity and debt capital raises. The position requires client relationship development, transaction execution, financial modeling, and detailed due diligence.
