Guide automotive manufacturing shifts with solid production leadership, coordinating people, equipment, quality, and delivery across multiple operations. As Production Supervisor, you own shift results across die casting, foundry, CNC machining, assembly, and supporting functions. You will plan staffing, adjust priorities, monitor performance, and coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Tooling, Logistics, Materials, and Planning. The role is hands-on during start-up and ramp-up, with substantial time on the production floor. Key Responsibilities:
