This senior position leads System Administrators while owning the infrastructure roadmap. You will design on-premises, hybrid, and cloud architecture; manage Azure services; and migrate legacy workloads. The work includes automation with PowerShell and Infrastructure as Code, alongside governance for Microsoft 365 and identity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage System Administrators
Own end-to-end hybrid infrastructure architecture
Manage Azure governance, networking, backup, and monitoring
Execute modernization and legacy workload migrations
Introduce automation and Infrastructure as Code
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
Eight to ten years of progressive infrastructure experience
Three years in senior, lead, or architect roles
Production Azure design and management experience
Windows Server, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 expertise
