Lead BIM and VDC coordination at Graham, supporting complex Buildings projects through Revit, Navisworks, and Revizto. Work across office and site teams. As a Senior BIM Coordinator, you will support construction delivery through coordination, visualization, and digital construction technologies.

You will work with Project Managers, Site Teams, Estimating, Design Teams, Consultants, and Trade Partners. Your work will improve constructability, planning, coordination, and project delivery across healthcare, institutional, commercial, industrial, and other Buildings projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead BIM/VDC coordination throughout project lifecycles
- Set up, federate, export, and document project models
- Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and trade models




- Facilitate meetings and track coordination issues
- Support construction sequencing, logistics, and visualization Requirements:
- Four or more years in BIM/VDC or digital construction
- Buildings construction experience, preferably with a general contractor
- Understanding of sequencing, constructability, and trade coordination
- Experience with multidisciplinary models and trade partners
- Knowledge of BIM standards, BEPs, LOD, and CDE workflows Bring senior BIM coordination, multidisciplinary modeling, and VDC expertise to complex construction projects delivered by Graham.
